On 8th October, 2016 the D-day for the 63 Regular Course NDA Cadets. This day will always be remembered by the graduating cadets after a colourful passing out parade (POP) which was graced by the President and commander in chief Muhammadu Buhari GCFR.
On this day, cadet Muhammad Eze Chukwu was acknowledged with the award of being the second best graduating cadet in the department of Political Science and Defence Studies. After all the difficult military training combined with academics, this cadet seems to be focused and resilient in making his community proud.
In his words "I DEDICATE THIS AWARD TO ALL STUDENTS OF ISLAMIC CENTRE ANOFIA, AFIKPO EBONYI STATE. IT MAY NOT BE THE BEST BUT I WANT TO ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL TRY HARDER NEXT TIME." ... Definitely he must have been brought up properly from his community for him to recognize and dedicate the award to his high school in his community. Cadet Muhammad E. Chukwu has been commissioned to the rank of Sub-Lieutenant Into the Nigerian Navy. I pray he succeeds in his endeavour as he contributes his quota in making our country a safer place for all. Congratulations to all 63 RC NDA Cadets.
